This is the first decent halal butcher in the area and it's a relief and a blessing.

The owner is a delightful gentlemanly soul who is always helpful. The shop is small so limited in dry goods but despite this well stocked .
And for ease , a phone call prior to attending will always guarantee a satisfactory shop
Keep up with the good work.

Would not recommend at all, a few times that I have popped in there they have sold me outdated and meat that smells. Spoke to a few others that live around the Byron Road area and they have said the same. Its a shame as its so local to me.

This Halal meat shop located little away from the Chelmsford Market The following chicken lamp ghoat Beef meats can be had from this shop. Also the provision items cooking this non vegetarian recipes and vegetables itms are available. Soft drinks also available. Shop opens in the morning 1000 AM and closes at 7PM .There is free parking facility avilable in front of this Shop.

This is one of the best place to buy essential stuff with halal Meat and so on. Owner is so kind and polite. Very happy with service. There is also 2h free Parking .

Did you know you could have white colored lamb mince from this shop and that too with the taste unknown to tastebuds. I bought 2 half kg packs, one cooked, second one I am quite happy to discard.

This a fantastic shop which stocks a range of essential items. The meat is of good quality and always clean. The butcher cuts the meat exactly how you want it.
The online ordering option is very convenient and makes life easier for me. Can order and pick up when ready.
There is also parking just outside, so thats not a problem.
Overall a great shop, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic to have this shop nearby. Best place in Chelmsford for authentic Asian food ingredients, and great for general supplies.
Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Homemade desserts (rasmali) are lovely when available.

Really disappointed with my experience here. Recently moved to Chelmsford and looking for a good regular halal butchers. On arriving I greeted the person at the counter with Salam only to be ignored whilst he carried on cutting meat and joking with his colleague. After a few minutes he turned around again and asked what I wanted, I said mince and he said they had none and maybe tomorrow. Just as I turned around the person at the counter observing the conversation interjected to say they did have mince and then said he would get some. Guy literally picked a bag up from the floor which had meat scraps stuck to it, to bag my mince. Along with the dead fly and the grasshopper in the counter, the hygeine standards seemed poor.
