Central Co-op Food - Willington

Got to be the worst co op in the UK purely down to staff ignorance and rudeness. A smile might help improve standards. Instead miserable and downright provoking. I'm not the only one to think this by the looks of it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Got a good selection of hot food and bakery products available during the week. Manage to get everything I wanted on my visit.

Fridges were empty for some reason this morning
No yoghurt, no ice cream , no cheese , no pastry ,no bread .
Coffee machine is not working
Fruits with fungus on it
Contactless wasn’t working for my card.
At checkout no one will ask if you need bags or if you are Oki to put ur things in the bag
Will just add it and wait for you till you sort everything.
Hopefully I will not need to go there again, will just drive to Tesco.

Expensive and not always well stocked. Ok for calling in when passing but car park round the back

The road Infront of the shop can get busy or at a stand still. Or so be careful parking as someone might open their door on your car as it small parking

Minus no star rating!!! I will NEVER set foot in this store ever again after the rude vile member of staff embarrassed and humiliated myself & daughter today infront of a queue of customers. She needs to be sacked. I have emailed a complaint to Coop tonight as she was judgemental and well out of order what she did to us today. More than happy to take this up further.Left us both going home in tears. Shocking and unacceptable.

Popped in from our narrowboat for essential supplies and found almost everything I needed. Courteous staff and a clean store. A tad short of fresh veg but enough for our needs.

Terrible customer service, from Donna. I would never return if you paid me. No manners, no basic hygiene/ covid-19 awareness and simply rude!
