A very clean and organised Chinese/Japanese/Korean mini supermarket. You can find a range of fresh vegetables, lots of Oriental ingredients/snacks/foods there. They also offer a wide selection of bubble teas and fruit teas in hot or cold. I'm pleased to find this morden store in Oxford. Highly recommended!

Very poor attitude towards customers. We were visiting Oxford for the day and were *delighted* to find frozen durian on the shelves in this shop (my wife is Malaysian, and Malaysians are obsessed with durian, so this was a real treat). We've been looking everywhere for it and haven't found any in the UK for months.

And when we took it to the till we were told, "Oh, it's not on the system, I can't sell it to you." Just like that.

We explained that we'd been looking for it for ages, we were just visiting for the day, could she please find a solution, and she then phoned the shop owner and explained the situation. We thought surely the Asian owner will understand and find a solution. We even offered to pay extra (we know what it retails for). And yet the same negative answer came back.

So it seems they don't want to sell their goods, or take care of their customers. Very poor. I also saw the recent review below about out of date stock being left on their shelves even after a customer complained and got a refund. This 100% fits with our experience.

selling expired product.

I bought ”Wahaha AD drink” on 27th Aug, but after drinking it we realised the expiration date print on the bottle is 7/8/2020. Today I went to the shop again to tell them and get refund. They refund me the undrinked bottles (bottles been opened are ignored) and didn't make any commitment to take other expired drinks off the shelve. THEY ARE STILL THERE!

No price tag and things are way more expensive than other asian stores, no variety. Not recommend

Very nice and clean shop with so many items I have not seen in other oriental shop! The staff member was so lovely to assist me with my question and it is so nice to see full sized ice cream boxes rather than selling only individual ice lollies. Would love to come back to get some more products and try their bubble tea once it is back :) highly recommend for japanese items :)

small but convenient Asian shop. But their choice of inventory is often limited
