Many customers not observing social distancing, and seemingly nothing being enforced, except for a few signs dotted around the shop. I was brushed past by a man with no mask who was hocking up outside just moments before entering the store. The staff members seem to be doing a good job in other respects, but as someone who is trying to stay safe and keep my family safe too I felt very uneasy and will not shop here again.

Great place! Really friendly staff and cheap products. It's my local and I go lost mornings for my cup of coffee! Paypoint for electricity and gas. Satellite Post Office too and bitcoin machine! Jeez you can do everything in this place! One stop shop!! 5*****

This Shop's Social Distancing Measures are Non-existent except for their own transparent screens installed across all counters. I understand that this Shop is small and that the Shelves being too long, meaning they're too close to the counter plus the extending too tightly to the back, doesn't help. However, they should atleast have a queuing system outside the store, as I've seen one too many people enter this store and I've noticed this pretty much every-time I come down for a year now. Given the small size and tightness caused by the isles of this Shop, it would be a good idea to stick to a maximum of 4 people at a time, allowed into the store and make & manage a queue outside. Given that there's pretty much always one or two staff members just sitting behind the counter, not doing much or anything, they could easily afford to send one staff member outside for an hour to manage this idea of a queue I've mentioned and keep taking turns for the entire shift or atleast the busy hours.

Additionally, the Staff seriously need to learn to "Greet" all Customers and say "How can I help?". Not only to local people they happen to know. Everytime I've visited I always find myself saying hello first and I just about get a humdrum sounding hello in return or they ignore it altogether. Poor Customer Service from most staff Members there and Social Distancing Measures. I in particular don't like the Miserable old Caucasian Lady (I don't know her name and every other staff member seems Indian hence the description) who works there. She in particular has attitude problems and shouldn't be in any customer facing role.
