It's my local shop. Staff are always friendly and it sells a reasonable range for its size.

Great shop with delivery round the side street

Went in today (5th February) to pick up a few things and there were two strange young men, wearing jackets identifying then as associated with the British Heart Foundation. The two didn't seem to be involved in any useful function, just obstructing the doorway and larking about. One of them asked me if he could "go home now". I told him he could, and they carried on larking about. They stopped the lady who followed me in to say something to her, and it was clear she was just confused by whatever they said.

As I left I got a "Have a nice days Sir" loaded with sarcasm. Seems to me that these clowns reflected very poorly on both the BHF and the Coop.
Definitely do not want to see them there again!

Pretty hopeless, and today sold me some single cream that is 2 days out of date. I phoned them to tell them, and suggest they check their shelves for others, as not everybody is as relaxed about these things as l am. However, they didn't answer the phone, so I assume nothing reported, nothing done!
