If you love a queue then go here! It is shocking, only ever 1 till on. I have actually queued the whole length of the store and round the corner at the bottom, looking back I don't know why I did this. I have walked out too many times along with other customers and gone to Morrisons, I figure spending a bit more is nothing compared to my time. I think the management are either blind to the queues or do not care. When this Aldi opened it was overran with staff but now they have dwindled. So like I said, if you love a queue go here.

It used to be a great store but now the aisles are full of stock waiting to be put out and it takes 20 mins to queue for a till.

Very untidy and dirty staff are very rude staff constantly shouting to each other across customers at checkouts there excuse is shortage of staff. Other stores are short of staff but are not like walking into chaos like Aldi maybe stick to food rather than have Isles of non food items piled up also need to ensure items have prise tickets. I've never seen a supermarket so scruffy

My Local store. I do like the shop, it's majority time clean, lovely staff members, except the lady manager with dark long hair. I have contemplated to write a review multiple times. 1 - she is so extremely rude. 2 - she never will assist you appropriately, if you ask for assistance she will speak to you whilst walking past. She roles eyes and pulls dissatisfied faces at her own staff members! Multiple times I have heard how was her nights in the pub and drinks!! Not because I wanted to listen, but because how loud it was.
The rest of the team are brilliant, kind, always happy to assist and never give you death stares!

Not overly keen on the belper store the staff aren't overly helpful and don't take hidden disabilities into account when they are throwing your shopping at you as they won't slow down. I leave quite often tears

I have noticed on several visits now that the staff on the tills don't make any effort to speak to the customers and just talk to each other on the headsets and its not work related !!! For some people that may be the person they get to speak to that day it's really sad to see and Its so unprofessional. The store looks untidy and dirty.

Good selection at Aldi. Only problem is the car park is sloped which can make navigating with a trolly difficult if you are disabled or have a young child.

Worth a visit. Good shop and nice staff. Bought a plant and a couple of Christmas presents. Plants look well cared for. Not sure if there is a cafe, didn't see one.
