ALDI

I confess I am not a regular customer but intend to be in future! I went in today looking for a yoga mat but couldn’t find any. One of your assistants, Ash Jones went above and beyond trying to help me! I was so impressed with his attitude and energy! They had none but he located some in a nearby store. If all your employees are like him I shall become a regular! Well done Ash!

Not enough Gluten free products for people like myself who have Coeliac disease. Don't like being rushed through the checkout.

Food was lovely and so were the staff. The place looked as though it could do with a refresh though so wouldn't go again.

First time I've been in this Aldi. Well stocked and tidy, staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice size shop, will definitely be back again.

Pretty good... well stocked most of the time... gutted they stopped selling mini frozen pizzas & cheesy hashbrowns but the only other negative is the ques are beyond sometimes its unreal & they are currently training "new staff" all have no experience whatsoever especially their customer service & general politeness, I eventually had to ask a manager to help me as all of the staff on shift were in training & toilet keeps being "out of order".
Aldi as a brand it pretty good though deffinatly better than it used to be years ago... Aldi version of pringles for 88p a tube actually taste better in my childrens & my opinions especially the BBQ ones & Aldis version of Ben n Jerrys only £2.25 atub aswell

Very busy, felt very rushed at checkout, not as cheap as is made out. Probably will not use on any regular basis.

Even if you don't like saving money on your grocery bill, Aldi is always worth a visit for their non grocery specials.

Helpfully staff and great prices an good quality products
