The Co-op food in Killay is a popular store, which stocks everything from frozen to fresh items including free from and a bakery. Staff are mostly very friendly and helpful the odd weekend and part time staff perhaps not so

How the staff put up with some of the other customers, I'll never know! Great shop, fantastic staff. But the other customers from this area are snobs. Have some respect for fellow humans. Your in Swansea not London. Learn to speak to people kindly and stop treating people like they're trash.

The store has been a regular life saver during the lockdown. The staff and setup are really good in the larger store. It would be worthy of 5 stars were it not for the some of the other shoppers you may encounter who are extremely inconsiderate. You get a number of people who crowd you in a rush and also a number of people who stop in the middle of the isle to look at stuff on the shelves from 4ft away causing blockages. This isn't the fault of the coop so cant knock them for it

I could not see any sign on the door advising that a face covering is required before entering the store. At the checkout, I was queuing behind a young man without any kind of covering. When I got to the till, I asked why they were allowing ppl without a mask in at all, and also not querying it when seen. The reply was "we don't bother".
Appalled.

This store has the most warm and friendly staff and service in the whole of swansea. The store is always clean and well stocked with a variety of products.

Always handy for the essentials so become a member and you'll be surprised at the savings you accumulate with local causes benefiting when you shop.

Lovely place to shop locally. Carol is an absolute dream.
