Damien the host is lovely 🤗 Really welcoming even last minute. Make sure to double check the booking information. Beds are super comfy 👌 Simplistic and all the basic needs are met.

Disappointed for my booking I was told it has been booked 20 minutes before hand. I walked 1 and a half mile to be turned away do not book this place staff don't know what they're doing 80 quid a room is a rip off anyway I am really disappointed do not book unless you want to be ripped off

If your planning on staying here I'd highly recommended a hazmat suit as the beds are riddled in bed bugs!! Nothing is clean here place is disgusting surprised its even open.

Nice location but hotlist day of the year and no fan it’s a £40 room at best it’s your tipital cheap hotel not good very small bathroom and not clean I would not recommend as even asked for a fan but not got one very poor service avoid

It was a great experience for my family to stay in the regent guest house. We will definitely choose next time this guest house. The room & the service was excellent.
