Gorgeous cottage in the countryside. I called very last minute, when my hotel fell through and I arrived 20 mins later to a lovely toasty room, super clean and comfortable with nice en suite shower. The owners, Steve and Angela, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable, even offering to take me to the shops when they thought I'd had no dinner! A really lovely stay, and truly wonderful owners who care about their customers.

Overpriced, dirty accomodation. Rude owners, poor hospitality, minimal contact, treated as an inconvenience, rushed out. Noises throughout night, heating too hot unable to switch off. Disgracefully rude on checkout, expensive accomodation but
cheap bed sheets and duvets, uncomfortable beds, springs worn out, not enough milk, zero fresh milk, sachets only.
Dirty floor. No consideration for 2 babies, harrased to leave at 10am by owners.
Worst place I've stayed in a long time. Owner mowing grass at 9am.
Awful, simply awful. I'd feel more welcome in a prison cell.

Lovely characterful room. The host was attentive and friendly. Their communications excellent and they were kind enough to post my left phone home promptly. Highly recommended.

Got to the B&B and everything was as we would expect until we attempted to use the shower room sink. Water pouring from beneath. As we arrived late we conceeded we would not disturb the owners so spoke to them in the morning to let them know that we could not use our sink. Simply told that it was strange as it had been fixed recently.

Later mentioned that we still found it pretty unnacceptable that we were without the use of the entire sink so requested a 10 to 20% discount of room cost as the facility was unusable to then be told “well you only use a sink for brushing teeth… so there is nothing we will do”. Pretty awful response imo. Not a huge fan of washing my hands in the shower every time we use the toilet or shaving for example. But that is what we were expected to do by the owner.

Feel free to book this hotel if that’s the kind of hospitality you would like.

Nice clean comfortable place to stay, especially if you need the airport.
Although out in the countryside, lovely location, you are a very short drive to the airport.
The planes however did not impede on the stay. I dont remember hearing them. We were visiting for a wedding the next day, and it satisfied our purpose. Very friendly host. Would recommend.

Stunning cottage in the countryside. Very picturesque and peaceful. Owners were waiting for us as we arrived. Room was clean and nicely presented. Everything you need for an overnight stay. I would 100% stay here again.

Wow, what an absolutely beautiful place. Gorgeous peaceful location! We absolutely loved our stay. The owner was so helpful and so welcoming and the accommodation was stunning. We stayed in the Duck room and it was so modern inside. The decor was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, they’d even left little single use toiletries and toothbrushes. It was honestly a perfect stay. Would definitely go back! Thank you!

This was a cracking find. Stayed in the duck room. Very clean, modern bathroom with a good shower, comfy bed, and the area is beautiful and very quiet. Free parking on site and a little outdoor seating area are nice touches. Highly recommended 5/5
