We stayed here 6 nights and it was great. The owners Peter and Katie were such great hosts. We were on a working vacation and ended up in their Link Cottage house which was great. It has two floors. The Bedroom is downstairs with a foyer to help store some of things ( as we are gone for three weeks). Upstairs is a living room with a small dining table and kitchen. Everything was brand new.
The bed was very comfortable with good towels and linens.
You have your own garden area as well.
The breakfast was excellent with a great variety . I particularly loved the omelet!
It’s a great location for many of the Lake District hikes.
We highly recommend this excellent B&B.

We decided to try the northern Lakes and Link House is in a super location, with excellent views. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and excellent breakfast. Host's are very welcoming and thoroughly recommend.

We had a fantastic weekend stopping at the Link house. Great location, beautiful views, lovely hosts and an amazing breakfast to set us up for the day. Will definitely be stopping again.

A lovely guest house in a great location with friendly helpful hosts. Plenty of choice for the breakfast. Well decorated rooms with comfortable beds. plenty of parking.

Excellent guest house to stay at. We had a very clean, bright and airy room with views out onto the hills. The owners were lovely, very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Stayed here to have a small break whilst attending a wedding. From beginning to end the stay was fantastic, from the warm welcome, the local knowledge and the great breakfasts. The room was also very cosy and tidy just right for the beautiful surroundings.
