Rosemead Guest House

Lovely stay! Had such a good night's sleep, we was late for breakfast, but it was no problem for Charles! Also emailed him a few days prior to stay to see if it was possible for early check in, again , no problem, thank you!

Good location.
Comfortable and fantastic full English breakfast!

Great place and with the swan pub just a stone throw away you have no problem tip toeing back after hours.
Staff was great and so was the full English breakfast with help yourself to the usual cornflakes Weetabix and juice .
Garden view was very relaxing and with the air con in the room the wife was delighted.
Parking was adequate.
For a quick stay cheep can't ask for more.

Lovely and cozy Guest House. (We got a room with shared bathroom)

Pros:
- It was very comfortable
- Close to sandown race course
- all facilities there (there is a sink inside room, a kettle for tea and coffee making, ironing board with a iron, lots of space to keep all your stuff, towel, soap etc.)
- there is a kitchen downstairs open always
- AWESOME breakfast
- Owner was nice too

Cons:
- The height of everything was short, the rooms, the shower, the sink in the room etc. Difficult for anyone.

Good location for our night out, Owner was friendly and very accommodating.
Only criticism is the decor getting a bit tired..

Stayed for two nights at Rosemead guest house friendly greeting from Charles the room and en-suite were fine and very clean as was the bed linen tea and coffee in the room great breakfast and comfortable dining room over looking the garden lovely calm atmosphere will visit again Probably could do with a little update on the stair carpet a very beautiful house thank you
