I stayed here with my complete family. The guys at the hostel were super friendly, ready to help and it was clean, economic and we even had eggs for breakfast. Reading the last reviews, I don't understand how we are talking about the same place. Our experience was very good here. I highly recommend it if you are looking for economic, clean and good quality accomodation.

Cheap and cheerful, exactly what I needed for a short 3 night stay in Bristol. Guy at reception was very helpful and attentive. Bathrooms kept clean and rooms were warm and clean.
Top tip: if ordering deliveroo, make sure to specify which road it is on!

In need of a serious upgrade. You can park round the corner for free after 5 Mon-Fri and all day Sunday. It's about 20-25 mins walk to the centre of Bristol. Room 7 will be v cold in winter as only had a portable heater. Personally I will pay a bit more next time and stay in a Premier Inn or the like

This is not a hotel, its a small house and is filthy, shabby walls and capers. Room was horrible. People drinking outside. Local guest house for homeless. Avoid

Spent two nights in an en suite room. Really enjoyed stay will stay again when I'm in Bristol. Facilities basic tea, coffee, biscuits, toiletries, iron and board etc. Staff there very welcoming very friendly. Nice hot shower. It's on a main road lot of traffic but goes by about 9pm. Had two really good nights sleep better than I do at home.

Where can I start Arrived to the place , buzzed the door for 20 min, with 3 young children, one guest of the house looked out of window I ask her if she can call someone , guy come out look like he just woke up, he told me that I was early that is why he didn't open the door, started been defensive, I didn't want to stay after that but I had no choice driven 3n half hours with small children, the place is so bad, carpets, curtains, mattresses, bathroom, room all dirty !! It is look like no one cleaned after previous guest, in bathroom been left someone else staff, no complimentary soap . Next door someone was listening loud music , I saw people very drunk n loud talking, uts on main road so very noisy aswell I have never stayed in place like this for 150£ with discount per night its discusting, I don't know how they open!!

Staff so nice. Allowed us to arrive early and leave late. Room clean with fridge kettle tea and coffee. Bed comfy and clean. Would come back here.
