Ashwood Hotel - Preston City Centre

Exactly what you would expect from quite a cheap place to stay in the centre of Preston. Comfort without frills. Clean, good breakfast. Tea & coffee aplenty in the room. Shower was hot and staff were friendly. I'd definitely go again. Very handy for the train station, a very good covered market at the other end of Fishergate. And Paul's Pies is the shop opposite.....definitely recommended.

I greeted by a very friendly lady. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Shower was very warm but the only down side to the room is the toilet handle and seat needing mending. Plenty of choice at breakfast which was very nicely cooked. if i could id give 4.8 out of 5

Stayed as I needed an inexpensive place to stay for the night. Tbh I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Very close to the railway station and a 20 minute walk to Deepdale. Very pleased and next time my team plays there I will come back +++++++

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly lady who made us feel so very welcome the room was so clean and bed was very comfortable. we had breakfast here to which was nice both the chef Julie and the waitress were lovely making sure everything was ok with our breakfasts we stayed here for two nights and we really can not fault it what a lovely place to stay I for one highly recommend this hotel.

From the min I arrived to min I left I felt very welcome. The room had everything I needed. I slept very well.
The breakfast was amazing, great service.

My stay in this hotel has been nothing short of perfect. I was greeted by a homely and welcoming atmosphere after a long day of work. The comfortable night sleep I had left me feeling uplifted. I look forward to my next stay and I genuinely have no real complaints.
