Owners and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely setting and building. Rooms were fine with modern fittings. Family suite was fine for separate little person room. Good breakfast. Would suggest little extras, like sugar and sauce being more readily available at breakfast.

Lovely setting and friendly welcome. Very disappointed with "family suite' up in attack. Very basic was dusty and shower dirty and old so did not use. Had to walk through teenage sons bedroom to use toilet. Breakfast okay. Charged 130 for one night definitely not value for money or 4 star standard.

Very nice place to stay. Very friendly and make you feel at home. Lovely lounge with big open fire. Seating area in the garden to sit in the sun. Full English was delicious 🍳. Make sure you try the raspberry preserve yummy 🍇

Excellent place to stay. Handily located for exploring Oxford and the Cotswolds. Ten minutes from Blenheim Palace. Rooms very comfortable. Lots of local walks and places to visit. Breakfast fresh every day.

It´s a really lovely B&B with a wonderful location. The house has a wonderful english charm to it and the bedrooms, dining room, and launch are lovely. The english breakfast is really delicious too. You can have some really nice walks through the nature from there, go to some really charming english pubs near by and have a good time in witney, a lovely town not far from there. The train-station is also not far away. From there you can go to Oxford (which is not far at all) or London etc.... So theres a lot one can do. The host-family is great too, friendly, open minded and its always nice to have a chat with them. They also know a lot of good places, where you could go for a trip or so. So it´s always great to be there.
