Really good, very friendly, couldn't do enough to accommodate us.

Decor was modern, our room was very spacious, comfortable bed, reasonable breakfast, down to simple things like soap, shower gel and shampoo provided.

Close enough to walk into Norwich centre.

The only thing I would say is that the ceilings/walls seemed to be a bit thin, so we could hear people in other rooms.

Overall, highly recommended.

Nice place though rooms facing the main road may be rather noisy (we stayed in Room 1, upstairs). An electric fan would had been a bonus, as the summer-heat has been intense (July 2018). Like almost in most converted accommodation, the bathroom was very small, but manageable(if you aren't abig person. ..). A tasty and not expensive english breakfast . Free parking in front of property was a bonus but it is a tight fit (problematic for larger cars).

Room was small, and basic, and below a bathroom. Always clean, but fixtures are tired and shower pipe leaked, loosing head pressure. Mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was an extra £5 & too late for 8am starts.

Great and affordable place to stay.
Easy access to the city centre, approximately 10 minute walk.
Staff were friendly and welcoming and allowed a very late check in/Key collection for me (1am).

Perfect for the price and in a great location. Clean , quiet and friendly. My daughter and I had a twin room which was very spacious. It felt very safe & private so will deffinitly return but will bring my own pillow. I need a soft pillow to be comfortable.

Not bad but not great but for the price have stayed in far better places. In fact have stayed in far better places for much less. Very small room single bed, no en-suite. Stayed in two different rooms over two nights both the same. Has 4* AA rating so must have some top rooms somewhere but not the ones i stayed in.

Stayed here for a week whilst husband was attending a rally in the area.
Clean and comfortable room. Decided to have breakfast a few times which was excellent. Would recommend this place just on the outskirts of Norwich.

Definitely not 4 star, extremly misrepresented in the write up. It had very uncomfortable beds, tiny hot room, very noisy road and very sub standard en-suite with damp and peeling paint. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. Manager not helpful and was unavailable when we made our complaint. Calling him later to explain how awful our experience was he refused to reimburse us as we had to stay elsewhere on our second night.
