Creston Villa Guest House

What can I say, Ian is a saint the place was so clean and tidy and very welcoming with great contact before the stay, this is rated 5 stars for a reason. Very happy and worth the money. Thank you for a pleasant stay and if you don't mind I'd like to upload a video of the room as it was amazing

Absolutely 💯 amazing! Well worth a return visit. Beautiful Creston Villa and such warm, wonderful friendly hosts! Anna and Iain go the extra mile to make you feel at home and more. Can't fault it. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯

Room size was good, hosts very friendly, but unfortunately it was quite dusty around the tea caddy and I found hairs on my duvet cover, which put me off a bit..... Perhaps having less clutter would help

We stayed at Creston villa for 1 night, and what a lovely place it was. Hosts, Ian and Anna were wonderful and friendly. The room we used was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a welcome change from a heavy full English breakfast that you normally get in a guest house. The jams and marmalades were home made, as was the oaty biscuit that Anne gave us to take away.
If you're looking for a guest house about a mile out of the center of Lincoln, I couldn't recommend Creston Villa enough.

Loved this place. Always worry about guesthouses being stuffy and sharing breakfast tables....no need to worry here. Made to feel so welcome. Separate breakfast tables, great selection on food for the continental breakfast. Fantastic hosts. Beautiful house with beautiful rooms.

Lovely room, easy to find. Would have been easier if I had read Iains advice/instructions for arrival. Close to city center very comfy bed, spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Good car parking . Great facilities and reasonably priced.

Very friendly hosts rooms are themed,and full of quirky things.
Had a comfortable stay, will definitely stay again in the future.

Such a lovely house and the host's are such lovely people, you'll be more then happy if you stay here.
