This home has beautiful rooms and fantastic breakfast. It's a quiet area and we had a very comfortable sleep for our two-night stay. The owners are friendly and helpful - they gave us great advice on combination attraction tickets and some dinner recommendations. It's a little outside the city walls, but it's still a walkable distance to the castle and main part of town. It wasn't a problem for us, but I will echo warnings about the steep stairs to people with limited mobility. Overall it's a great value and I highly recommend the place!

A really lovely B&B. Spotlessly clean, attentive and welcoming staff always happy to help and have a chat:-) location very ideal and close to the quaint centre of conwy. Myself and my boyfriend stayed for our anniversary and would definitely come back. Breakfast was really tasty with a delicious vegan fry up option for me and my boyfriend said the black pudding was great. The continental selection was also extensive and very fresh, with a salami and cheese selection! Slept well as very quiet, with lovely windows and views of the castle. The room layout was slightly inconvenient as the door is difficult to get suitcases through but nothing that could’ve been helped. The bed was also a little small. Overall a fantastic trip!! Friendly welcome, cosy warm room, fantastic breakfast. There's off street parking and a wonderful view from the front. Stayed for a couple of autumn nights and really loved it. Short walk into town where there some great places to eat and drink in the evening.

Had a fantastic time beautiful hotel . Great rooms , fantastic breakfast. Lovely couple who are very polite and very helpful. View is fantastic. Would recommend it all my friends and family. Definitely go back again I give this Guest house a 10/10

A light and airy B&B, sat proudly above lawned gardens, with a view across the quiet valley south of Conwy. An easy walk into Conwy and on a bus route for Conwy, Llandudno and beyond
