Carmel House

We stayed here over the weekend when we visited Wales. The location was absolutely perfect, you walk out of the main door and you are on the beach front, with a lovely promenade down to the pier. The rooms were lovely and clean as well as a lovely breakfast included in the price. We had a sea view and I fell asleep listening to the waves lapping on the beach that evening. It was a lovely break and we were very well looked after. I will be booking back the next time we are in Wales!

A really lovely room, beautifully decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable! We were in the deluxe double room, which had comfy chairs to sit in, whilst enjoying the wonderful sea view. A very good continental breakfast, with plenty of choice. Very friendly and professional staff, helpful on the phone and then met in person, at breakfast. Would highly recommend and will definitely return

Unfortunately I took no photos of the room but this hotel deserves 5* and here’s why:

- Fireproof walls (nit that it matters)
- Fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
- Absolutely cleaned white walls, not a single smidge throughout the hotel
- Free continental breakfast
- Contactless check in
- Rooms look brand new
- Bathrooms look brand new
- Mattress and pillows feel AMAZING
- Located next to the beach so you can book a room with a view
- A Llandudno guide will be waiting for you on the bed
- There might be emergency parking at the back of the hotel but honestly you don’t need it, parking is mostly free around the hotel.

Super clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Great sea view and free parking. Superb location. Good choice of continental breakfast. Great value. Highly recommend

It was the best hotel we stayed in llandudno so far . The room were outstanding

We booked our August trip fairly late, but glad I found this little gem place to stay. Just enjoying our first night here, after had a wonderful shower. The water pressure is amazing, wish we could have the same pressure back in London. Our room is small but enough to fit our stuff, as we are mostly out and about during the day, so the size isn’t an issue for us. The mattress is comfy and the room is sparkly clean.

When we arrived at the front entrance, had no idea we need to input a code to get in. I rang the hotel and they picked up the phone fairly quickly and we got in the hotel with no problem. Would be nice to know this in advance. But in general, definitely recommend this place. Great location, has a view, clean and comfy. Perfect start for our Wales trip.

I have not stayed here YET but booked few days away for my daughter and partner . The owner was so lovely , went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect . My daughter said was better than any 4* she has stayed in , everything spot on . Extremely clean and in a great position , nothing she could fault . The continental breakfast was absolutely beautiful , fresh and lots of choice . This property deserves a higher rating . I can’t wait to stay and will definitely recommend on my daughters say so . Thank you for everything , excellent value for money

I stay in Carmel House for three days and my experience was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the staff is amazin and lovely, bed very comfortable, breakfast really rich and it's well located close to the beach. It's much better than a lot of 3/4 stars Hotel that I been. Definitely I recommend this hotel!
