This is a fantastic, warm friendly B&B. The rooms are clean spacious and each is decorated in an individual way. The breakfast is excellent there's plenty of choice and the quality of the food is great. All in all this is a fantastic value for money place to stay.

Loved our stay here. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and Ian and Debbie are great hosts. Very close to the beautiful promenade and restaurants.

Very warm welcome, excellent room with four-poster bed and en-suite. Loads of choice at breakfast with a cooked option to order. Very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. A cockstride from the promenade. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Debbie & Ian
