Warm and friendly welcome, with a superb host who has a great sense of humour! Attentive, nothing is too much trouble and makes you feel welcome. Excellent knowledge of the local area (thank you for the lend of the 'Llandudno Past & Present' book - I will be purchasing this!) and thank you for an amazing stay. Our room (King Room with Mountain View) was stunning and spotless, and the breakfast was top notch, the best breakfast we have ever had! Well. Well. Well. Where do I even start? From the amazing warm welcome and fantastic tour of the area, to the lovely room with an even lovelier view. Howard goes above and beyond for any little request. If not his warm charisma, lovely cooked breakfast, to him saving me even after I'd checked out of his hotel hours later, by assisting me with my broken down car. I promise you, you will not be disappointed at the Bromwell court. Thank you so much and an even more special thank you for filling the room with balloons for my husband's birthday. Such a lovely touch. Only downside to the hotel was that I was only there for one night.

What a lovely welcome and stay for newcomers to the area.
We had booked a hotel so that we could go up Snowdon, somewhere local to the beach yet easy to get to the mountains and given the flood of positive reviews I felt it would be a great choice to book here.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Howard who handed us the room key and gave us a breakdown as to the local shops, restaurants and activities to do. I could not fault our room one bit, it was very well presented and clean all at a fantastic price.
Breakfast options were good and we were happy with them.
Howard was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay and incredibly friendly and welcoming to the area. His local knowledge was very helpful! I will definitely be coming back the next time I am up in Wales.

Friendly informative staff, very clean, rooms are excellent and modern, the bed was extremely comfortable. I've been going on these trips for a few years now and this hotel is the best I've stayed at!

Great guest house been 4 times now .so that tells you something. All 4 rooms I've stayed in are always well decorated and clean.the tea coffee tray is always kept full unlike most hotels.howard the owner is a likeable character always having a chat and a joke with his guests.the breakfast tables are always well stocked and whoever cooks the breakfasts needs a medal for its perfect presentation. Always o time and cleared away quickly .there's no waiting for anything at breakfast time it's run like clockwork timing ,this is because they have a small lift system which brings your breakfast up from the kitchen to the dining area quickly and piping hot.all in all a great well priced small guest house.

From pulling up outside in the car, you are greater by a Clean, well kept garden and lovely clean painted outer. You are then on entering the Property Greeted by Howard the owner. The Bromwell is very clean throughout. Your room is Immaculately clean, with crisp white bedlinen. The Breakfast is Beautifully cooked and presented and served with a smile. We was made welcome all the time we was there. Highly recommended 👌 for anyone's stay in Llandudno

We stayed 4 nights and had a beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean room with a sea view. The bathroom was lovely with fresh white towels. The breakfast was amazing and everything catered for. Howard is lovely and friendly and gives great tips on where to go and where to eat. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again.

Another Excellent stay here We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Great room & breakfast. Howard is just brilliant always there to recommend places to visit or places to eat. Excellent cleanliness we’ve had the same family room each time we’ve stayed we love it. Situated perfect just outside the town centre, much quieter area. Look forward to seeing you next year! 😊
