Joel and Tracey were perfect host's, they made you feel very welcome, a home from home.
Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed even dressing gowns which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was cooked to perfection and there was plenty of choice from the buffet.
Joel and Tracey were attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Very comfortable accommodation and lovely hosts. Breakfast choices well thought out and cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef. And I liked his colourful attire! Parking was tight and maybe guests could purchase a permit to park on the road when at the hotel, during the restriction periods in the daytime. Otherwise a great place to stay in Colwyn Bay. Many thanks for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very close to the town centre so convenient if going out for a meal in the evening. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. And so quiet - just the sound of an occasional distant seagull! The wifi was excellent - so important. The decor in the breakfast room was superb and the food was very nice and served promptly. Parking was a bit tight but after the first night we parked overnight in the street and arranged to depart by 9am - between 8 am and 6pm there is one hour of free parking there. Our hosts were very friendly - so a big thank you to them for everything.

Brilliant stay! Lovely homely room, exceptionally clean. Was very impressed that towels were refreshed, bed made and bins emptied after just 1 night. Host’s were so attentive and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding! 100% recommend.

The guest house was wonderful and Joel and Tracy were very friendly. The room was clean and very tastefully furnished with a very modern en-suite bathroom. The dining room was lovely and cosy and breakfast was great. Although I didn't have much, what I had was great, especially the prunes (!!). There was on-site parking which was good and the house was very easy to find, just off the main road. Would definitely recommend and I would hope to visit again in the future.

Joel and Tracey were wonderful host very friendly. Their B&B is situated ideally for some nice restaurants and bars. But more importantly our room was lovely. Really clean with little extras, bath robe and very nice toiletries. Lots of choice for breakfast and perfectly cooked. Nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

This was an excellent choice of stay. The hosts were very welcoming and approachable. The rooms have everything you need and the cleanliness was spot on! (Cleaned after day one). The breakfast choice was surprisingly varied and of high quality. Best poached eggs EVER!

What a lovely stay we had at Bryn Woodlands house this weekend. Tracey & Joel were super hosts and couldn't do enough for you. The bedrooms had absolutely everything you would need and more - the bed was incredibly comfy with lovely bed linen too and I slept well for both nights of our stay! I would definitely book again if I was visiting the area and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to lay your head in North Wales, with a delicious breakfast an added bonus - I love that they use local produce too! Tracey also recommended that we visit the local vineyard and that didn’t disappoint either - thank you for a great weekend!
