It's our first trip to Llanberis and what an amazing time we had! Our stay in Dolafon Guest House certainly added to the wonderful experience. We stayed there for two nights. The Guest House is right on the high street, with a convenient shop and a bus stop right outside and a few pubs nearby. The House is well decorated and very clean, with all amenities needed in our spacious room (TV, kettle with tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits/WiFi), and we even had a little fridge! The host and hostess were very courteous and welcoming. We had quiet nights, and a great selection of breakfast items (tried full Welsh breakfast & smoked salmon/scrambled eggs bagel - the latter was particularly delicious). Overall, it's highly recommended and we would certainly hope to come back again!

We stayed in room 4 on a Monday - weds for 2 nights. The guesthouse was lovely and clean, and the hosts warm and welcoming. They were only too happy to give advice about the locality and assist when needed. The room was towards the back of the hotel and was nice and quiet. If I only had one gripe - it would have to be that there was no dressing table to get ready at. It would have been perfect had there been that. Breakfast was very nice and the hosts were happy to change things on the menu if there was something not to our liking. They catered for veggies and did de-caff tea which was a thumbs up. Mon,/tues not a lot happening in the village - most places closed up in the evening. So please bare that in mind.

Absolutely great location - my partner and I climbed Snowdon, with the Llanberis path being less than 10 minutes away on foot. It also meant we didn't have to deal with Snowdon parking, as we just left our vehicle at the B&B.
The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was nice, with a gorgeous view.
As an ethical vegan, I was glad to see a vegan breakfast option available (sausages, hash brown, mushroom, tomato, beans etc.) including hazelnut milk for coffee and vegan butter for toast. Great to have these options, but hopefully they can transition to a fully vegan and cruelty-free menu soon to help the animals!

We had a great stay here.The owners were friendly and welcoming.The room was spacious and clean with fantastic views.We really enjoyed the breakfasts.We will be back.Its a great location especially for visiting Snowdon.

Beautiful building in a great location. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and the bedroom was lovely too. Breakfast was delicious!! I'm gluten free and they catered for me which was fantastic!

I booked a room in 2021 for holidays in August 2022. It was cancelled two days before the arrival because they overbooked it and the other reservation was more beneficial for them. No alternative was offered so eventually I had to cancel my holidays.

Two night stopover for Snowdon sunrise walk. Great place to stay definitely come back, hosts were great. Even our soaking wet walking clothes were dried and folded for us 😃
