Bayside

The guest house is well located for the beach and the funfair and a couple of pubs. It was cheap and clean enough and not to bad for me and my mates who were there for a night out. But it is very basic. There was a lot of coming and going from other rooms with squeaky doors which was very noisy. The room I was in was on the top floor with a sink a safe and a microwave and a kettle. There were two shared shower/toilets on the middle floor which were clean. We got we paid for. A cheap no hassle bed to sleep in after a night out.

We had a fabulous stay at the Bayside Guest House.
Lovely host and facilities are spotlessly clean.
The quality of the fixtures and fitting and bed linen is excellent and wouldn't look out of place in an establishment 3 times the price of this little gem !

Great 2 night stay here very welcoming on arrival and very clean with hand sanitizer stations around the b'n'b close to the beach and fun fair loads to do & load's of places to eat.
Price for the 2 nights very cheap and free packing just out side the b'n'b definitely stay again and definitely recommend 👌

Really nice location,the owner (les) really friendly and helpful, the only things that let it down is no toilet or shower in room and doesn't cater for people with disabilities as loads of stairs.

It was clean and tidy even the bathrooms was spotless beds was comfy fab location near rides high tide ect the owner was really friendly couldn't fault this bb

The rooms are clean but very basic. The owner was polite and helpful too. We were given a room at the very top of the building. On the 4th floor. And there were no lifts. 2 of our party were semi disabled, so it was a nightmare. But it was very cheap.

It's very difficult to find fault with this accommodation, if I was to be picky, the mattress on the double bed was a little too firm for my liking and could be improved by replacing the bed with a king size bed for which there is room with a slightly more forgiving mattress, which in my opinion would bring in even more custom or a mattress topper fitted to the current bed. Otherwise a beautiful little jem of a place to stay.

My mate and I stayed for one night,we have for last 3yrs, bargain Facility! Les(the owner) is such a nice man and the room was very clean and tidy, no breakfast but the price Les charges not a problem.
