This is a lovely guitar shop with an old world Denmark Street feel to it, which is no bad thing! A charming little find on the outskirts of Cheltenham town centre.

Thank you very much, Tony, for your time, expertise and for going above and beyond with customer care. Though I didn't buy a guitar today, I can return when I am ready to buy and be sure I will get the help I need to take home the right guitar for me.

What an amazing shop. Like stepping back in time four of five decades when service and pride in your craft meant something. Truly first class service. Quickly and carefully mended our sons rather old guitar instead of flogging us a newer one, (and that one was gorgeous and at an amazing price). Use these lovely old fashioned family shops or lose them.

Longstanding family-owned and family-run, honest business. Great range of stock from entry-level to very rare and collectible. Amazing prices on many accessories and some guitar tech work. You can trust that they will not rip you off! I write this as a local guitar teacher who visits this shop regularly.

Not really one for writing online reviews, but I felt compelled. I went in to find out about a guitar for my son. The place is small, and I didn't expect much, but the guy (I assume the owner) was so helpful. I know literally nothing about guitars, and was asking a LOT of very stupid questions, which he answered with no hint of frustration or sarcasm. I bought the guitar, which he tuned for me in the shop before I left.

Not that I really cared given the service, but as a matter of interest I checked the price online when I got home, and it was cheaper than buying it online. Truly exceptional for a small business!

I would not hesitate to recommend it and am going to go back and buy one for myself!

Had my guitar set up there. Shopkeeper kept me waiting and then clearly unhappy as i had bought my guitar online rather than in a shop. 15 minutes to set up but told me to return in 2 hours, even though i had phoned to say i would be in at that time.

Great place. Bought a guitar for my daughter to learn. These guys are obviously passionate about guitars.

Great customer service and advice

Great place! Super pleased with my guitar, great value, very knowledgeable. Small shop, packed with guitars. No dealership contracts here so you're not limited to one or two brands of guitar. Sort of place you should pop into every once in a while to see what gems are hidden inside.
