I popped in this morning with a banjo that had a broken string winder.
The guy was exceptionally helpful and did the repair for me there and then without charge. Very polite and knowledgeable and friendly. Anyone who needs anything do to with musical instruments I would recommend Waterloo Music without hesitation.
