Had two unfortunate experiences buying guitars online from sound affects, however I always judge a business based on the experience from there on. Communication was quick, Ben was very efficient on both occasions processing the refunds and collecting the guitars. Maybe im just fussy and will stick to going instore as opposed to purchasing online, either way if you do purchase online atleast these guys are quick and efficient at resolving any issues. Thanks to Gary and Ben for your quick communication.

Super-helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, gave me all the time I needed to play the guitars I was interested in. The owner, Tim, went out of his way to ensure that questions were answered and the right information established upon which to make purchasing decisions. The shop itself is great, very good stock collection, and some rooms set up to play in. Absolutely cannot fault it - an absolute gem of a place. Keep it up, guys!
