Most horrific experience! Several communication issues which resulted in my child turning up for class but not allowed to participate. When trying to resolve it, staff became extremely rude, unwilling to help, pointing blame and giving personal remarks on parenting skills and my intelligence. Never have I experienced a service like this- particularly in an industry that manages children. Very concerning and raises questions on treatment of children. Extremely disappointed both in company approach and myself for wasting my money

My daughter absolutely loves doing gymnastics here. She loves the facilities and the coaches, and is keen to practice what she learns after each lesson. Much better and more professional than other gymnastic schools we have tried.

My little girl Anneliese goes to jamies gymnastics chislehurst she loves it! Has grown in confidence and skill massively!

Our son uses the gymnastics club here, we have nothing but totally positive experiences to report.

The facilities here are fantastic it is a huge gymnasium with tons of equipment for the gymnast’s to use.

The teachers on site are excellent, very approachable and fantastic with the pupils.

There is an abundance of parking on site for use.

The class lengths are 45 minutes. Except for parties or holiday clubs which are also very reasonable and hugely enjoyable for the gymnast’s.

Disappointing experience and not as expected. My daughters private hour lesson was split between two different teachers and held in a school summer club with many other children present. Overall, she was left with a feeling of being ‘pitied’ by the teachers for her ability. This is not private tuition or ‘elite’ training and had an impact on her confidence. We will not be returning…

Good car park, decent enough facility. Shame it's not possible to watch but it's because of the school's rules. Overall positive experience.

This club, that pretends to be elite, has in my opinion failed by daughter. She was put in a group three years her junior for one term. She has improved, and after lockdown this was the only physical activity she has been having.
She wanted to be with her own age group and was tested to be in her age group, but was failed because she couldn't do the splits.... apparently going up an age group is by invite only.....
The communication and the venue was poor and they continue to take money out of my account despite asking it to be cancelled. Thanks to this club, my daughter no longer wants to do gymnastics. I am fuming and you should be ashamed considering the previous situation with having to stay in for a year.
