My 3 year old has been going to trampolining lessons since January and absolutely loves it! The staff are professional and enthusiastic and dedicated to ensuring the children have lots of fun while getting a real sense of achievement. Trampolining has become the highlight of my son's week and I would recommend Axis to anyone!

Axis TC response to Nicola -
Our Airtrack must be used in a one way direction. There are signs explaining this and people are told this when they sign in, which they should do before entering. Unfortunately after multiple attempts by our staff asking Nicola’s daughter to go in the right direction and in ear shot of her father (who did not attempt to stop her) she continued to go in the wrong direction. Our staff had to intervene to prevent potential serious accident to both her daughter and other members of the public. The incident is on CCTV and has been reviewed by representatives from British Gymnastics who agree our staff were simply acting in the interests of safety and there was no shove involved. The complaint was taken seriously by our staff, no staff laughed, they were refunded their entry and we have on multiple occasions since talked to Nicola about it to try to explain the situation.

Arrived 13min late for a toddler class and wasn't allowed to join! I'm sure the facilities are great but this seemed unnecessary and disappointing having spent 15min getting there. It certainly won't encourage me to return as being on time with children is not always possible

An excellent place to attend for all abilities and ages. Stay and play sessions for the very young, classes for beginners, adult classes, etc. Parties available. Really lovely staff who are really attentive to individual needs. Trampolining, gym and tumble classes. Definitely check it out!

I took our 3 year old for the unstructured play time and she loved it! Our 8 month old also enjoyed his time there as well. A very affordable and fun time for the kids!

The gymnastic staff on the ground are good but their policy with their 'Go Cardless system' for over-payment of classes is disgusting! My autistic son attended from Jan 2017 to July 2017 & he wasn't given a chance to try the mainstream gymnastics club, which is what I had asked for from the beginning, after seven months of being in a class with two other disabled children, I decided not to enroll him in classes in September, I verbally told the staff in Axis on reception. I even had my son's Birthday party there in November & I was asked on the phone (whilst confirming party numbers) if he still attended & I confirmed again, NO. Still nothing was said. When I noticed the error I contacted AXIS by phone, I was assured that classes paid for that Joe had not attended would be reimbursed for August/September/Oct/Nov/Dec - £23.00 = £115.00 (Plus additional money for a gymnastics membership that came out of my account too). When I followed up my call with an email this was the response. "...however the length of time that payments have been going out of your account unnoticed is not our fault, and as such we are not liable for financial loss. As a not for profit club, we cannot afford to make refunds when we are not at fault. If this were to happen regularly, then the ability of the club to remain financially secure would be affected, and we would not be able to operate at all. I hope that you can understand this position."
So potential customers only pay with CASH because they will happily take money from your account, even if you verbally tell them you are leaving. The Go-cardless payment system is ambiguous on your banking app statements, as it doesn't say AXIS, it says 'Cardless'. Lets not forget that their non-attendance policy is, if your child doesn't attend for three weeks your child may lose their place!!! My child attended a class with only three children, surly someone would realise after three weeks that something was up or perhaps an error had happened somewhere & call, but to allow 5 months worth of money to be taken out of a parent's bank account who has a disabled child is totally disgusting, the Director of AXIS Olly Monroe who responded to my email I feel that his business ethics and moral compass is completely defunct.

Better to try South Bristol Gymnastics center or North Bristol than here.
PS: My son is now attending a mainstream gymnastics class and is coping fine.
