Amazing club!

I drive my daughter here 3 times a week from Hereford. (70 mile round trip each trip)
I'm so glad we found this club. It's worth the journey.

From the first trial session my daughter had we were made to feel welcome.
Great atmosphere, helpful coaches and great communication.

If you're looking or a tumbling club, look no further!

Daughter loves it when it actually takes place, communication is terrible, can't keep cancelling classes without letting people know.

Booked in for a trial session which was confirmed via email. Arrived to an empty hall. No one answering phone. Told by staff (unrelated to flip and twist) at the centre where the session was supposed to take place that the session I had booked no longer runs and hadn't for a while.

Classes looks chaotic, older kids were always push herself in front of the queue ( kids group 4-7 )Just one teacher not much structure, my daughter looks lost without anyone directing her.
Really bad communication.
During lockdown money was taken from my account without my knowledge and asking. When I notice I try to contact no response on emails, messages or answering my phones!

Absolutely appalled. Our daughter used to love going to the classes , when they actually went ahead! Then we were told that on top of the monthly fee, there would now be a fee for some sort of gymnastics membership/ admin fee type thing. We were given the option of cancelling should we wish to, if we weren’t happy to pay the fee. This on top of the cancelled/ late classes etc we decided to cancel and put her into another class she had been trialling.

Well it turns out even though we did chose to cancel , the money was taken from our account anyway. Upon several texts, emails and Facebook messages and promises from them to return the money, we are now 2-3 months down the line and not a penny returned!

I appreciate we aren’t talking massive sums of money but this really isn’t the point. And after reading through other reviews it looks like this has happened before. Unacceptable!

Absolute crook. My wife signed up to a taster session for our daughter. Turned up in tuffley to an empty hall. Asked to cancel and be taken off the system. 3 months later we notice he's been taking 40 pounds a month out of our account. (He takes a card detail to book taster session). Would not respond to text messages and emails. Had to get the bank to cancel. Stay well away from this business.

Update after reading Flip &Twist reply: Please note they cancelled 2 paid sessions for having a holiday! And 1 paid session was cancelled to wait for a covid test result! I paid 4 sessions and received only 1!
I reported the business and I made a court claim and I have evidence to prove everything I say!
I definitely don't recommend them!
They cancelled classes without letting me know and my child was so confused and disappointed when we got to the location to find out they took 2 weeks off although I paid in advance for the whole month.
At this very moment they still have available classes on their website for August 28th at Homleigh school although the school receptionist said they don't have the room booked until September.
Despite the small amount, I am going to make a court claim for the money I paid without receiving the services just because I don't want any parent and child get through this.
And because they acted unfairly, I'll also report the business to Trading Standards.
L.E. I had to make a court claim and I won receiving my money back. No apologies from the business but I haven't expected. I still recommend parents to avoid them.

I am in the same position as other people it would seem. Cancelled my daughter's membership in January after her being ignored, not knowing what she was supposed to be doing and basically being in a shambles of a class. Classes also randomly cancelled, one recently because it was his birthday?
Since the cancellation Paul has taken money out of my account and hasn't replied to numerous emails from me requesting a refund. I spoke to him last week when he assured me he would organise a refund and it still hasn't come through. Now when I try to phone it is continuously engaged so I assume he has somehow blocked my number. I will now be visiting the club in person until I get my money back.
I would strongly advise people to not use this club.
