Most unpleasant and unemotional place and best thing we did was leave and go elsewhere!

My daughter has been with this gym since she was 4years old and now 11years old, yet I have seen other children grow much more. They only attend to those they like and prefer and I see a lot of discriminating attitude especially from a particular lady who is in the front desk sometimes.
My youngest child has been on their list for over 4years now but yet they have given spaces to those who I was a year ahead of on the list. I have friends that felt the same way and pulled their children out of this gym due to discrimination.
Am not happy and would definitely not recommend it to anyone especially if you are not from the background they want and like especially the ethnically background. This is my experience and my observations.

Great open gym sessions led by professional coaches if you want coaching, but also freedom to do your own thing as well. Plenty of really good equipment, has everything I wanted for my training. The only thing I would recommend would be to have the times for adult open sessions listed somewhere, as they are very tricky to find. Wednesdays sessions are 8-9.30, and there are Monday sessions at a similar time if I am correct.

My daughter enjoys doing gymnastics here, and I was very proud to see her do her first competition. Keep up the great work.

giga based gimnastc club

My daughter started here in September 2021 in a recreational class and now she has recently moved to a advanced class. We have seen a massive improvement since starting and she thoroughly enjoys going each week!

Just wanted to leave my review! Have been meaning to for a while so here it is.
My daughter has been coming here for a few years and were thankful after waiting a while to get a place as it is quite popular!
We have found the coaches very nice and the equipment and knowledge very good, so I find some of the other reviews slightly puzzling.
Would highly recommend.

My daughter started at this club for her first session today. Absolutely mortified by my first impression, expected to just hand over my child, without seeing where she was going, even the name of her coach, where to collect her from, not so much of a hello from the lady on front desk, just wanted to gel my child’s hands and take her from me. I have since checked and she is an ‘associate director!’ I cannot believe how unprofessional and rude she was. I hope to god the other coaches are nicer. Since read other reviews online and can see it’s a common occurrence. What a shame for such a long-standing business, I expected much more and will be looking for an alternative, rudeness I cannot abide it!
