I ordered hair 2 months ago and no communication whatsoever …. Absolute scam of a salon . Trading standards have been notified . I want my £150 back . Mobile number is permanently off

I would not hire this service again. I hired them to refit my hair extensions and after the person left my house I realized some strands on the top of my head were not refitted at all. Thinking this was an honest mistake I messaged the professional directly to explain what happened but no answer; called but couldn’t reach her as well. After 2 days I called the main office and to my surprise the person (Carla) didnt bother to apologise for my bad experience, just asked me to send pictures so she could see if what I was saying was true (why would I lie about this is beyond me). I emailed the pictures and so far have not received even an email confirming they have received my email. Tried to call again and no answer, no return call.
Interestingly, I did not even say that I wanted to have the professional back for free, I was willing to compensate her for however many extra hours it would take to finish the job. I have a newborn baby and making time to have someone over to do my hair is not easy, let alone having to spend time chasing them like that; so I have no incentive whatsoever to complain unless The work was really not well done. I will now have to find another person to finish the job unless I want to have uneaven extensions falling apart. Hope this post keeps other people from going through the same hassle.

She was absolutely excellent. From the moment I contacted her she was professional, communicative and simply lovely. Her work is also brilliant! My hair is everything I expected and more it feels so soft colour matching was perfect, as well as incredibly reasonably priced. Cannot recommend this stylist highly enough.

Highly recommended. Staff is very helpful, friendly and professionally knowledgeable. Excellent quality hair in use and available to purchase too. In love with the pretty curls they finished my hair with.
