Usually they are very good and the best hair, but my last order they just took the money no refund or hair. I received an email that said they would either give the hair or give back the money that was on June 8. still no hair or money back not sure they are even open any more. My address is p.o. box 426 Rainier Wa. 98576 if others want to get together and sue them write to me because they should not get away with stealing money

AWFUL. They do not reply to my emails and I have not received my order or a refund. It's been MONTHS.

I have ordered from here in the past and forgot how good the hair quality is. The owner has responded promptly to my texts and answered all my questions and even though my latest order was delayed, i was kept informed about what was happening.
This is the only hair that I have purchased that comes curly and can be straightened with relative ease. Will only order from here in the future.

I’ve been using this hair (mongolian tight curl) on and off for the last 4 years and the quality is great. It looks/feels natural and soft and others are often shocked when I tell them the hair isn’t my own! The hair lasts for a long time despite me not properly taking care of it as well as I should (rough brushing, washing it twice weekly, bleaching the ends to a lighter brown). I also experienced great customer experience - as I hadn’t used/bought the hair in over two years I’d forgotten what colour/lengths I used to go for and I received helpful and instant advice over Facebook. Unfortunately my order got mixed up, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and professionally it was dealt with. Would really recommend!!

I Loveeeeeeeee this hair, I can't tell you enough and I've used loads of different hair from different brands in the past. But DHC were very attentive, updated me on my purchase and when the hair arrived I couldn't be happier. Very pretty packaging, hair quality is definitely top, doesn't shed, smells good and it holds curls and colors very nicely. Will definitely be doing a repeat purchase.

I recently purchased Indian virgin hair from this company and i cannot even explain how amazing the quality was , the hair was beautiful and shiny honestly ive tried so many other brands but this really stands out. the customer service is so friendly and informative ,you as a customer cannot ask for more.
