She's not just patient with making your cut as perfect as can be, she also tries to understand what it is exactly you want and works hard to make that into reality. Really recommended! I love the girls at the Reading salon. Tammi and Simone are very friendly, professional and clearly care about the work they do.

However, I really should not have had to pay another £160 fitting fee for a faulty system. I understand the suppliers of the system are to blame but I played no part in that mistake. The Dude Lab provided me with a faulty product, but somehow I am expected to pay for its replacement's fitting? The fitting would not have been required if The Dude Lab had not issued me with the faulty product in the first place. Taking it up with the supplier and accepting responsibility for the company's mistake should be the right cause of action - not passing the cost of the error onto the customer.

I'm afraid it's left a pretty bitter taste in my mouth and I'm not sure I'd choose The Dude Lab again.

Tammy has been my stylist for nearly a year now. She is who I trust and who I go to all the time. Having a system is something that creates a special rapport with your stylist and with Tammy it has always been important to me. She is a massive asset to the studio as her professional experience and advice is always spot on. You might not think so at first but her knowledge proves you wrong with some silly mistakes you might make at th beginning. This is why I trust her opinion and her hands so to speak as well. It's her I trust with my system as it is who I feel most comfortable with. I feel that after all this time I have spent at the studio I have never really expressed my gratitude and also my experience. She is amazing at what she does and to me she is the best I have ever experienced in any salon. This is why I stay loyal to her. Well done Tammy for your hard work but especially for sharing your professional advice and experience, you are truly one of a kind.

Tammi was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Ultimately she advised me not to go ahead with this particular hair system, due to my sensitive skin conditions that would likely be exacerbated by gluing an entire hairpiece to the scalp. Instead I have been advised to look into lace-based systems - that require less glue-down areas and offer a greater level of breathability for my scalp (but will require greater maintenance and care from me). Or to look at transplants from reputable companies in London. Tammi’s wealth of knowledge and expertise will put you at ease and you know you’re not going to get a hard-sell. The health of your scalp and therefore the appearance and care of the hair system comes first. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone for a consultation with Tammi. She is very thorough, professional, yet easy to talk to and competent. Importantly she understands the psychological aspect of loosing confidence with the loss of hair and what one can do to improve things in the interim, before deciding on the next step.

Amy was very professional and conscientious, ensuring that I had all the details of what a system involves, what plans and treatments they offer and how best to prolong the life of a system.

As mentioned above I was immediately put at ease on arrival, Amy answered all of the questions I had and ensure that any points that I was not sure on were explained in detail.

It was due to the information given by Amy and her explaining the processes of applying, maintaining and caring for a system that I went ahead and I honestly cannot wait!

You are a credit to the team and I thank you for being extremely thorough, professional and without a doubt fantastic at what you do!
