Joe ruin my hair and several other people i've spoken to have said the same, do not recommend. Bad attitude when asked to correct. As a woman whos only means of income is now their pension, my hair is considered a luxury treat for me, it is upsetting when I do not get the product I am paying for
Awful management when something has gone wrong for how much money I pay should be first class service

I am a visitor to rothwell. Took a chance having my hair done in a new hairdresser s. Amazing. Best experience ever. Pity I live 140 miles away. Please go every one. Amazing

Visited for a colour this week and really pleased with the results. I have extremely thick hair & Nicole was very patient & did an excellent job. Love the colour, it looks fab!!

Excellent service, lovely people.... a bit pricey hence 4 stars not 5 as value for money could be better ... £50 for a cut and blow dry. Maybe I am old fashioned lol!
