My two teenage daughters (14 and 16 yrs) had their hair washed and cut by Rachel. One daughter has really curly, thick hair and one fine and wavy. Rachel was fantastic! She was so professional, friendly, fun and chatty. She listened to what they wanted and nothing was too much trouble. They loved their hair and their experience at Journey. Very happy. Highly recommended.

I have my hair done at Journey by Zara and she is absolutely amazing! Always gives me the perfect bright and bold colours and I always leave feeling really happy. She is so friendly, kind and professional and the salon is so relaxed and welcoming.

Fabulous visit this week. Loving this salon already on only my second appointment. Excellent service throughout from the moment you walk in the door, during the whole hair process and also being informed of all services available from lovely friendly extremely professional staff. Salon is clean with a boutique feel, a great vibe and decorated for Christmas beautifully. Oh and you walk out with great hair!!
