Brilliant salon lovely friendly run business.booked in by my partner for a suprise birthday treat....first time visiting and I'd never go else were again. Ellie was amazing took care of me so well my hair is absolutely amazing.. akon was there at the time of my visit he went above and beyond for each client that walked in even tho he was super busy 100% would refer any one to all there services offered. See you guys soon... Mary, with now the good hair 🤩🤩

My son loves Ellie to bits I don't think he will anyone else ever to cut his hair, she even came on her day off just to cut it my son was so happy bless him🤣

I was recommended a hair dressers in a Aspley by my sister who had a wash, cut, blow dry and straighten for £27.
I was confused when I entered this salon and was unsure I was in the right place. I am not the best with directions. There are many shops in this area.
I asked if my daughter had an appointment at 11am and gave her name and the man and his sister both said yes come and sit down. They lady started to do my daughters hair and I asked just to confirm it is £25?? They then spoke to each other in a different language and the lady said to me no it’s £35. I said but my sister only paid £27 why the price change? They gave some reason and as the hair was already started I agreed to the £35.
Scarlett did an ok job on my daughters hair but that is not the point. I could also tell she was unsure about Afro hair
Are they that desperate for business they had to lie.? The man even said yes I remember your sister we did charge her £27 but the price is actually £35 for the service you want. Fine.
As I was leaving they said next time you come it will be £42 as we gave you a wrong price but we will do it for £35 this time. It wasn’t until I called my sister and asked why have I paid £35 for exactly the same as you had your hair? Worked out we were in the wrong place.
At least be honest and say no you do not have an appointment here! Even go to the extreme of saying you remembered my sister! Not all of us have money! When I called to complain after realising my mistake and was told so you are complaining over £7? Are you not happy with the cut! Far from the point!Not all of us have money! Must be desperate for money to be dishonest! Will not be returning!

They did a good job, the stylist was nice. Kept running our of the shop to sort out other customers. Never had my hair cut with clippers before. The only thing i would say is that the environment didn't seem that professional or comfortable. I have also never been asked to stand up during a hair cut before. I like my hair but I don't think I would go again, purely because of the vibe and environment not being as clean and tidy as I would like. Also saw another customer having their hair foiled- with tin foil- like from the kitchen.

Do not ring for a booking you do not get seen at the time you booked for, rather let other people with NO BOOKING have hair cuts instead. Wont be returning been going to this hairdressers for more than 5 years. What a joke

Generally nice people however service is questionable. Got rashes on my neck which is a first for me and the hair was no where near similar to the reference one I’ve shown the hairdresser. Probably won’t be going there again
