Absolutely amazing there , I’m appalled by some of the reviews I’ve read , I have had my hair cut there for most of my life and I can say I have always seen lovely customer service from all members of staff and they are quick and very affordable. I believe it is possibly the best hairdressers/salon in Burnley, they do both men’s hair and women’s hair , being a young man I am in love with my hair and I’m always pleased by the cut I receive and the customer service, even bringing out refreshing beverages and always open to chat to. I find the salon not only a place of business but a place I can be myself. 5/5 stars

I had an appointment for a cut and colour, I even showed the woman what colour I wanted my highlights... she said she would mix two shades of brown to get the right colour. Once it was applied and washed off, it looked blonde and like tiger stripes. When I told her it wasn't what I wanted and looked awful, she said fine I will go over it in the darkest brown, she slammed the hair brush down that it fell on the floor and went in the corner banging all the hair dye boxes and discussing it with the other worker there. When she came back she said that I shouldn't ever get highlights done if I don't know what I want, I knew exactly what I wanted, she obviously didn't have the right colour or didnt know what to do. She was then really pulling on my hair in anger. Her customer service skills were disgusting to say she was the owner! Her darkest brown shade is still like a ginger colour which she has reapplied so clearly she needs more training on colours and how to talk to customers.

Friendly and welcoming, Zoe and Jodie are lovely, professional and quick. The prices are very affordable, especially being so close to the town centre They also have some tasteful fashion items. Will go again.

I can't believe I have just read the review off Iran, I was in the hairdressers week a Thursday when she was there, i remember this lady because she was changing her mind all the time about what she wanted, I have been going here since they opened 14 year ago and I will never go anywhere else, they are a brilliant set of girls and amazing hairdressers I would highly recommend them

Great salon. Fitted me in when I was let down by another Burnley salon and did a great job of overhauling my hair. Thanks a million! Can't recommend it enough.

Lovely friendly staff, been going for over 15 years and always pleased with my cut/colour/style. Had many different styles over the years too. 😊

Would recommend 100%. Excellent service & very friendly.. will definitely be going back again.
