Nice location but did not enjoy the haircut. Firstly person who greeted, made sure I put on gown exactly the way I did not want to put it on. Secondly wash basin was very painful on neck. Lady who cut my head was very rude as she started talking to somebody else whilst cutting my hair and also talked in another language which is not right. Haircut was not really what I wanted, not enough taken off top and the back was done in a way I've never had before which I was not happy about and was not consulted during the haircut. In the end lady said she could not correct it for some reason? Also sideburns were cut slightly for some reason without my consent, which I only noticed once I had left. Cable from cutters kept touching me which I was not happy about and when I told her she tried harder not to touch me with the cable but cable still touched me quite a lot. Overall experience did not feel particularly nice. From my experience I would not recommend this place to others. Pretended haircut was ok but it was not. Likely I will not be going there again. I think I could have probably gone to Mr Toppers (paid £9) or another cheaper hairdresser and had a better service and probably a better haircut, definitely not worth £25. I should have probably stopped the haircut the moment I was not happy with it and also should have probably asked for a refund. I regret going to that hairdresser will not be going there again.

I’ve passed the salon a few times and finally thought to go in for a colour and cut. I’ve coloured my hair at plenty of places in London and was shocked by how reasonable the prices were here (and a little skeptical). I was pleasantly surprised by how great the place was. Everyone was super professional and nice. My stylist, Victoria, did an amazing job at both the colour and the cut. I’ll definitely be going back.

I have always had a great cut at Millimetre’s, having come from more expensive salons but wanting to try out something less expensive for my basic cut. Haven’t looked back! Victoria is my preferred stylist - she gives the most amazing head massage during washing! She is very consistent as well. My only complaint is that the sinks are fairly uncomfortable against my neck but I can deal with that given the price and service.

Holidaying here from Canada 🇨🇦. Chose this salon to have my highlights done over, as the salon before had made them brassy, and I wanted ash blonde highlights. Serena, did the most amazing “ highlights and blow dry,” from start to finish that I have ever experienced. Wish I could take her home to Canada with me.
Very accomplished hair stylist from Italy. I would recommend her to anyone.

Some of the staff clearly have communication problems.You expect your hairdresser to give you atleast some advice on the haircut you want to go for.But here,you can only expect robotic responses clearly because of the limited knowledge of the English language that the staff possesses!! One hairdresser ruined my hairstyle and wasn’t at all apologetic about it.Very bad service,and definitely overpriced!!
And cheers to their audacity,at the time of payment,they increased the normally charged amount for haircut by 10 pounds and then offered me a 10 pound discount so as to make up for the bad service.So essentially,0 discount and lies on top of that!

I have been going to millimeters for more than a year, once month for a haircut. The first hairstylist I got was THE Best! Viktoria was amazing. From the first greet till the end. Every hair styles are courteous and greet you from the moment you step in until you step out. But Viktoria was spectacular, by far my favorite. When she would wash my hair it would be accompanied by a sensational head massage. I would always feel soo relaxed and try not to fall asleep. Added plus, Viktoria had client based knowledge, she remembered what I wanted and which material was used. I would try to get Viktoria everytime but it is based on availability. I was quite amazed when everytime I would come she would cut my hair in a different way but gave the same results. LOVED IT!!! I can't say enough about her, just amazing!

Really glad I’ve found this salon. It is conveniently located, staff are very friendly and the service is great. Violeta did a fantastic job with my wash, cut and blow dry. She understood exactly what I wanted from my cut, and my fine hair looks so thick with her genius layering!

The blow dry was so comfortable! None of that painful hair pulling and red hot itchy scalp from the hairdryer...this was so relaxing and my hair was left bouncy and glossy! I’ll certainly be coming back.

Love this place. Always great hairdressers, always getting a nice cut and they've also done my colour previously and that was amazing too. Really made me feel safe during the pandemic as well.
