I’m so glad I found Heir when I moved here last year. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming and it has a lovely relaxing atmosphere when I go after work in the evenings.

Natalie is a brilliant stylist who really knows her stuff. As someone with over processed hair who now suffers with breakage she is always up front with me about what will work and what she is willing to do. I appreciate her honesty and the seriousness with which she takes her profession. Natalie will always use her knowledge to advise when my requests might not be possible or detrimental to my hair care, but will work with me to achieve a similar goal with a kinder approach.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Heir salon has a professional yet relaxed, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Unlike some salons, I trust every stylist at Heir and would be happy for any one of them to do my hair. They listen to clients and offer advice when asked. The prices are reasonable and you don’t feel like you’re paying ‘Lytham prices’ for the sake of being in Lytham. I changed hairdressers about a year and a half ago and I was apprehensive of trying somewhere new. I needn’t have worried, my hair colour, condition and style is the best it’s ever been. I volunteered to be a model for the apprentices which has been a wonderful experience. The qualified stylists are always on hand to offer support and advice and I have always been pleased with my hair style and colour. I would recommend Heir to anyone who wants to enjoy expertise, experience and enthusiasm when they have their hair done.

I regularly go to HEIR and I always love my hair. Natalie is very talented! They do what I ask for and take the time to listen and explain the process especially if it might require more than one appointment to achieve my look! The staff are all friendly and there’s a lovely atmosphere in the salon. Can’t fault it ☺️

My experience with HEIR Salon was fantastic from start to finish. I initially went for advice on a change of colour and had a lovely consultation with Tilly who explained my options on how I could achieve what I wanted. Time was given to decide and after a couple of days I booked in with Tilly. The appointment was today and all I can say is that Tilly is a genious and very talented and I am so happy with my new hair colour. Thanks Tilly 😊

Absolutely brilliant experience. Very thorough consultation, patch test, strand test. A very relaxing experience and thrilled with my new colour. Also rescued my teen daughter’s hair from an unhappy cut elsewhere. Two very happy customers who will definitely be back. :-)

I have been coming to Heir Salon for almost a year since moving to Lytham. I have been extremely pleased with the friendly and professional service I’ve had throughout the year. Tilly has done a fab job colouring, cutting and blow drying my hair. She is always very pleasant and does a great job. Anya has also washed and blow dried my hair too and she is fabulous and very good to swiftly welcome clients on their arrival.
