The best hairdressers i have ever been to. Ross is amazing and they're all really friendly. I have curly hair and have always had trouble getting the look I want, have never found anyone who takes as much care and actually listens to what you want with good advice too. Really nice surroundings and lovely feel to it. Excellent! !!!!

Overall not happy with the service or how my hair has been left. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen. The hairdresser didn't really talk to me or discuss what I wanted and left to get the colour. Colour my hair then left me for 40 minutes for the colour to process while doing someone else hair. She seem very busy and maybe was trying to do too many clients at once. Then I waited 15 minutes for them to wash it which the lady took for ever and forgot to condition. I had to ask her if she needed to do that. The colour was horrible they did try to fix it but still not happy - they barely cut my hair but charged £39 for it? Wouldn't recommend this place - such a shame because it is a cute venue.

First visit to the Avenue, absolutely loved it, warm and welcoming team, laid back atmosphere and loved my colour. Everyone was really friendly and my hairdresser was incredibly knowledgable and really helped me figure out and achieve what I wanted when I was a bit clueless. Price was reasonable and appropriate also.
Will definitely be returning, what lovely people!

Loved being back in The Avenue today and seeing my stylist Ross and getting the excellent hair style and good service as always. All Covid protocols followed safely but still a friendly and welcoming environment.

Very pleased with my haircut. Friendly and helpful hair stylists, special mention to Reece and Sam. Definitely going back.

I got my hair cut here 2 months ago, and it was such a great experience. I am 5ft"3 and at that point I could very easily sit on my own hair. The minute my dad and I walked in we were offered a seat and a drink. Soon after, my hairstylist - whose name was Eloise - arrived. She did such an incredible job! She asked me what I wanted, explained to me what she was doing every step of the way, and we even had such a great conversation about school and life. Afterwards, I was so pleased with how my hair turned out (Before and After pictures are below) and so grateful to Eloise. The last time I went to a hairdressers they had 3 people working on my hair due to its length and thickness, Eloise did the whole thing on her own and was absolutely incredible. I already told my dad I plan on going back in a few weeks before my birthday to get my hair done. Overall, this salon is such a great establishment and I 100% recommend, thank you so much again Eloise, you were great!!

Have been trying a few different hair salons in the area since lockdown ended and finally one I felt really happy with after leaving! Such a lovely place and my hair stylist Lynne was so friendly and knowledgeable (I think she’s the owner too actually!) My hair felt so healthy and smelled amazing! Definitely going back x

Went to have full head of foils as well as a cut. Took my 1 month old baby with me as I'm breastfeeding... they were amazing. I had Reece who was so patient and lovely and hr did a great job with my hair. The girl who washed my hair was brilliant, so bubbly and chatty, and another lady who held my baby to soothe him when I couldn't ... Great experience and I will absolutely use them again.
