I am really disappointed about your service. It Is the second time in few weeks that i received 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment a call on the fact the service was cancelled (like today)/ postponed even i booked the root touch and paid the deposit two weeks ago. This evening i was planning to join an important meeting but now i have to change my plan. Really really disappointed..No words

Hayley is absolutely wonderful! She’s a perfectionist and gets it right every single time. I have very fine hair and she is so careful which hasn’t always been the case with hairdressers in the past. I highly recommend Hayley. The whole team seem brilliant with a lovely atmosphere in the salon.

Wanted a change from my usual hairdresser of 26 years and decided to try out Headromance after reading the reviews. I had to rearrange a couple of consultations/actual appointment and I can't express enough how each of the people I spoke to were polite and supportive on each occasion. Finally got to the salon to let Shannon loose on my long curly hair to dramatically transform both its colour and style. Not sure how she muddled through my nervous instructions but she did and has actually done a great job. I will be returning to her. Again, all staff lovely who were there working late on a Thursday. The products didn't really work in my hair (few do) but I quick rewash and the use of my usual products did the trick. I was taken aback at the final price as something had been missed out on the original quote, but neither Shannon or the woman supporting her made a fuss and sorted the issue. Really appreciate the customer service and friendliness.

Although a little pricey, it's easily the best place to get your hair cut in Havant and if there is anything that you are unhappy with, a member of the team is there to help. Nothing is ever too much for Emily

I really love this salon and the people who work here. It was my second time of visiting and having a new style by Shannon which was from below shoulder length to an inverted curly bob. I can highly recommend her; she listens carefully, doesn’t take risks, and always produces excellent results. It is so refreshing to have this and so important to have a hairdresser that doesn’t blindly go off and do their own thing. Shannon keeps it simple, calm and delivers. I’m so pleased with the cut, style and length. Thank you! X

Update: I have to have chemotherapy and my hair is expected to fall out. I spoke to Shannon about replicating the same cut on a wig and she did an amazing job. As ever, the team is so friendly and supportive, and I felt comfortable asking Shannon to undertake such a personal task for me. I love the way she does exactly what I want, but then sees the opportunity to improve it with little tweaks of her own. I really like this confident thinking. It will hopefully make the next stage of my treatment more bearable. I may not be in for some time now but when my own hair regrows, I shall be back!

Hadn't been to Headromance for a while due to covid restrictions etc but I was so pleased to go back there and have my hair cut and re styled. Charlotte was lovely, I'm not very self confident and she made me feel comfortable and made an outstanding job with my hair. Will definitely return. Thank you so much.

My hair was really long when I went in and asked Charlotte to cut it really short, which she did and did a super job. Will definitely be going there again and using Charlotte, she knows what's she's doing and does it very well.
