Fari's Hair and Beauty Salon

Amazing service and haircut. Fari was very friendly, she gave me the exact haircut I was looking for and it looks great. For the cheap price compared to most other hairdressers in the area, it's fantastic !!

Unsatisfied customer- overall not a good experience and would give no stars if I could...went there last week when we were still in tier3 and was looking for a suitable hairdresser as I wear the hijab and was assured I'd have privacy..firstly a screen with gaps in was put up in the window so you could easily see through !
Fari (I think her name is who said she was the owner) cut a lot of hair when I had just asked for a trim and was even different lengths/uneven- told me to look at the floor claiming not much hair had been cut..also blowdryed hair straight when I didn't ask for that. She kept on dropping things and was shouting loudly on the phone - potentially under the influence of something ! When I expressed I wasn't happy with the outcome she was argumentative and made no effort or attempt to rectify.
My hair also felt itchy afterwards...
Said she was the owner and claimed that all her customers were happy and she'd been running hairdresser for years- found this very hard to believe... someone with impaired eyesight would have done a better job!
She also didn't respect covid measures and removed her mask half way through.

I'll be very careful and selective about where I go in future and shall AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !

Happened to bump into a friend afterwards who said they know someone who also had a bad experience there. Goodness knows how many unhappy customers there's been over the years. Also bit suspicious how there's only 4 others reviews on here all 5 stars... probably by her friends / family !

Service is just lovely and very reasonably priced.

Faris is a female barber with absolute brilliant knowledge and style. Best to respect people's professions and time- she did a wonderful job for me at a great price. She treats her customers like friends. 👍

She has wonderful skills also for men hair cut. Fari is warmhearted, skillfull to find your style and she always find nice chat topics when you have your hair cut. She has a well designed shop with relaxing atmosphere.
