Bumbles

I've actually been coming here for the last 19 years, since I was a baby (my mum's been using them for a lot longer), and not once have I been disappointed. They've done styles for weddings and school proms, and every time it's looked lovely, and the staff have been friendly. I don't have a regular stylist, and usually have a different person each time, and everyone seems to be trained to a good standard. 5*, definitely.

I've had black hair for nearly 2 years now, dying it once a month so there was a lot of colour build up. I wanted to dye my hair red so I thought I'd contact some salons. Just cuts in Farnborough completely dismissed it and told me they wouldn't do it (this was over the phone, they hadn't even seen my hair), super cuts in Basingstoke were very rude and patronizing, saying it would take 4 weeks to get the black out and wanted to charge me £135 for it. They seemed to talk down to me and prejudged I couldn't afford it because of my age, and just loved to brag about how none of them had used home colouring kits before. Finally, I contacted Bumbles who invited me in for a hair consultation. They were very nice and straight with me, telling me they will try but it still may not turn out how I want. I trusted them with it and an hour and a half later... Guess who has red hair! For a very reasonable price also. Very happy with the staff and the result!

I had my hair coloured washed cut and blow dried and i can say it was worth every penny fern who did my hair was a lovely person and maked me feel at ease as this was the first time i had ever had low lights. I came out of there feeling a new person the best haircut i ever had a big THANK YOU TO FERN

Super good staff, they were really accommodating and friendly, without being pushy. All very helpful and gentle, definitely would recommend them! Really happy with how my hair turned out!

Showed a picture of exactly what I wanted (full head with light brown highlights) but in the end nothings changed much apart from my ends looking grey? Which I did not ask for, got charged £158

Had a wonderful experience today. Adele beautifully coloured my hair. I am really pleased with it . She cut my hair really well as well. She really listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. She was professional and friendly. The team were great in bringing me coffee and washing and conditioning my hair. The products they use smelt wonderful and left my hair looking shiny and glossy.

Went in asking for a 'forward layer graduation' haircut. All I got was a fringe cut that wasn't cut right, and my ends flat chopped! And it looks so horrible, my lockdown hair looked much better.
