Over priced and poorly staffed. My partner paid over £100 for her hair to essentially look the same as when she entered. She returned a few days later to politely complain and was faced with a sassy rude manager who refused any sense of bad service or remorse. He refused any kind of reimbursement or refund and was extremely rude.

Do not recommend if you want value for money or good service.

First time using the Salon so a bit anxious to start, but I felt thoroughly looked after by Cera and Melissa. Cera cut and coloured my hair to perfection giving me the confidence to try something new. I left the Salon feeling fabulous and wished all the way home. Great job, thankyou so much xx

Very pleased with my haircut, treatment and style. The salon is kept clean and feels very safe the staff always use PPE and customers are given free masks to wear. Would recommend as a safe friendly environment at this time.

I moved to Fareham around 17months ago and desperately needed to find a new Hair Salon. After searching online I found Andrew Smiths Salon. After booking my first appointment I haven’t looked anywhere else since. I always feel welcomed and at ease when going there for my appointments. It’s the first time that I truly feel like my hair condition is the number one priority.
C.C. Is amazing, friendly and so knowledgable. I could sit talking to her for hours.
I have seen Warren before who was also very good and super friendly.
The salon itself is modern and clean.
What I really like is the passion that the staff have for their craft. The stylists and Andrew are always up for awards. I really feel like the teams are well lead and inspired to do more. It’s so refreshing to see. Follow them on Instagram and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
I would 100% recommend anyone to Andrew Smiths Salon Fareham. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a lovely cut and balayage done by Melissa who was very lovely and accomodating throughout. I was a little undecided at first about what i wanted but Melissa was so nice and gave me some great advice to helped me decide what to go for. I'm very happy with the after effect. I very pleasent time at this salon. Would reccomend.

It pains me to be leaving this negative review, as Andrew is a very nice guy, but I feel my opinion has to be voiced. My hair was completely destroyed last week, it ended up looking fire damaged. It was feathered down to strings, the sides did not match and what was supposed to be an undercut ended as a non symmetric butchered triangular gap. Stylist correcting this cut was mortified to find this has been done to me and he did not believe anyone could deliberately cut hair in this way. Judging by Andrew’s positive reviews, I can only put it down to an off day. One star experience I am afraid.
