I had my first appointment today and I'm so happy with it.

I had Shayla and she was brilliant!
From the foils- toner -head massage- cut, I can't believe I haven't discovered here before.

Lovely salon and very relaxing atmosphere with great coffee.
100% recommend.

I always look forward to coming here, it's my bit of luxury in the middle of life's craziness. The staff are so lovely, do a fantastic job and after many years of having my hair coloured at Keith Francis I've never been disappointed. Highly recommended!

Georgia did my hair exactly how I asked and made me feel so pretty!! Chatted for hours and was never awkward or uncomfortable - she was so lovely (as were all of the staff) and I will be booking my future appointments with her :)

I have used this salon for many years and have always found them friendly and helpful. There is always tea or coffee, and sometimes cake, no matter how short the appointment. They send text reminders for appointments and there is plenty of parking in Tesco car park. Highly recommended

Been with Keith Francis since 2005! I have stayed with them since! They communicate really well and being deaf and hearing nothing my hair dressers I have had have ensured same treatment as hearing customers get by involving me and communicating whilst doing my hair. They know little sign language but I am happy to teach them when I go in. The receptionist always ensures I’m welcomed and I would never move to another hair dressing salon.
Cups of coffee, conversations whilst being hair pampered! What else could I need?? X

i got a trim and curtain bangs, and i’m really happy with the final result, although i’m not sure if it looked obvious to my hairdresser because i was trying to get used to it :’)

i had shayla and she was lovely, really understanding that i haven’t done anything new to my hair nor have i been to a hair salon in ages. she let me explain how i wanted it and offered step-by-step process so that i had a bit of control over how i wanted my hair to look, made sure i was comfortable and overall very accommodating :’O

Fantastic salon, really friendly and knowledgeable staff and able to fit me in straight away, really nice atmosphere in there and decent hair products, will be back! Highly recommend
