I have been a loyal customer of Therapy for many years and would never go elsewhere! It isn't just a salon it's a whole experience - I literally feel like a new woman every time I leave. All the girls are friendly, welcoming not to mention extremely knowledgeable at their jobs - this covers the hairdressing and the beauty treatment side too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - you won't find a better team or salon in Canterbury - FACT!

I cannot rate the team higher for an absolute personal first class client experience. I am now in my tenth year of treatments and hair styles. My cut and colour is always commented on for the shine and perfection.
The service is always accommodating and nothing is too much trouble in arranging. I recommend people use the services of the independent salon and see for themselves, you certainly won’t be disappointed. There modern approach and professional knowledge is outstanding. What a fantastic salon. Therapy is no ordinary hair salon. Every member of staff is extremely well trained and no matter who has cut or styled my hair, the result is always the same, FANTASTIC. The salon is warm and friendly and the staff always go out of their way to offer advice and help. No matter what, they will always do their best to fit me in. Layla has built a BRILLIANT business and managed to expertly combine professionalism with genuine warmth and kindness to staff and clients. This in turn is demonstrated by her staff.

Recently I was going on my hen do, I wanted my hair curled for the day I left. As the salon was closed the day of my departure, they kindly fitted me in the evening before for a ‘Pin curl’. The result was brilliant and I was delighted. Layla and Asha are due to do my wedding hair, as well as all my bridesmaids, and I feel so excited and lucky that I have them looking after me.
I’ve been going to Therapy since it opened and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Whenever I visit my daughter in Canterbury, I always try to treat myself at Therapy Hair Body Nails. I have had my hair done, had manicures and pedicures which were very professionally done but mostly I enjoyed the relaxing massage. I would recommend it to anyone!

Simply the best.
I have had acrylics, gels, manicures, insane nail art, pedicures, massages, haircuts, hair colour, fringes and bought vouchers for everyone i know and i have never received less than excellent service. It is only salon I recommend; even to strangers in other who stop me to compliment me on my hair and nails.
The ladies are constantly learning new methods, attending seminars, workshops to enrich their knowledge and become experts in their respective fields. They spend time and money honing their skills and you can tell the difference.
You get value for money every time. Realistically, taking into account the difficulties the sector went through during Covid and the additional costs of PPE, Therapy managed to get by putting people before money.
The salon is central to Canterbury, close to a lot of car parks and the inside is insta-worthy.
The atmosphere is relaxing, welcoming and like family. There is nothing these ladies won't do to make you feel appreciated and like you are the favourite client. The thoughtfulness and time they put into treatments and customer service is unparalleled. From specialist hair colour mixes, to ordering specific nail polish, to private appointments, and to 3 hour acryilc nail sessions because I saw a design i needed - they are exquisite.
Would never hesitate to recommend my favourite place and my favourite people in Canterbury - if you don't believe me, book a treatment.

I have been going to Therapy for as long as I can remember. They are the hair QUEENS!

For 7 years, I was living over 200 miles away and I still wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair apart from the Therapy team. They are all very knowledgable, welcoming & down to earth girls. Special mention to Layla, she always knows exactly what look I am after and gets it spot on every time.

I always come away from the salon feeling a million dollars. Not to forget their hot chocolates are to die for!
