I was in this salon once and it was definitely the first and last time. I wanted to lighten my hair, very light. The hairdresser gave me a completely different color, literally orange, so I made an appointment again as part of the complaint. the lady who received me was very unkind, she was supposed to improve my color by applying the paint again. Unfortunately, she wanted to cheat me, instead of paint she gave me a purple conditioner. I have been dying my hair for several years and I know what to apply, so she in nervous put paint on my hair once again and kept it too short, that the unwanted color came out again. I do not recommend
