If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the WORST haircut I've ever had, so bad that I've attached pictures (which, for context, where taken at another hairdressers I went to in order to rectify Camden Hair and Beauty Spa's numerous mistakes). For context, I've also include a picture of my hair after the second cut to show exactly what my hair should have looked liked.

I could tell that this hair cut was about to go badly when the hairdresser didn't ask where my parting went and just assumed it was central (it's not). SHE then decided to add layers (resulting in the master piece below), which were so uneven it genuinely looks as if I had attempted it myself in the dark using plastic primary school scissors. Moreover, the second hairdresser I went to (who had the misfortune of trying to save my hair) had to inform me that a random chunk of my hair had been taken out on the right side of my head (evidenced in the images below) and meant that she would have to cut my hair to that new level which is c. 2 inches more off than I wanted - how on earth did Camden Hair and Beauty manage to take such a large chunk of my hair out and not see how uneven it was!?! 10 minutes was taken on this cut in total and it was so obviously rushed despite no other customers in the shop (that being said a woman did walk in soon after asking for a balayage and I shudder to think what might have happened to her!).

I see that there is another review left expressing how awful this hairdressers is and I would take heed and don't waste your money - I've had to spend another £60 trying to save my hair (again see picture below). I will never be returning and will make sure to pay more attention to reviews in the future.

I’m writing this review because I’ve been to a lot of salons in London/Camden for a blowdry (I have curly hair, thick and long) and left disappointed as hair turns frizzy quickly/not styled properly. I decided to try this salon and was served by Fatima who did an outstanding job. She knew how to brush my hair (not rip it out) and style it so that it stayed put until the evening of my birthday all the way until even 2 days later. Thank you Fatima for the great service.

Excellent service my daughter was pleased with the outcome staff was very accomodating and provided advice.

I went to get my roots bleached. While there was no huge issue with the service. I really disliked the attitude I got. Passive aggressive and also unwarranted comments about my hair. I don't mind advice, but not when it's so blunt. I also got the feeling they were unhappy I came for a cheaper service (root bleaching and not full service i.e. colour as well). My advice is: don't advertise these single services and then proceed to give attitude to your customer because they don't want add ons. If you had been nicer and caring - I would have bought add on services. Really don't recommend this place. They are a small business clearly struggling so I give 3/5, but think they really deserve a 2/5...

Emi was fantastic I showed him a picture and got exactly what I wanted, which has never happened. Excellent attention to detail. 100% service. Thank you so much.

Like a butchery. I had the worst pedicure in my life, painful I told the beautician few times but she was extremely rude and didn’t listen to me at all.
20 min of the most painful pedicure without polish 30£ I felt robbed.
Stay avoid from here.

The stylist was amazing and did a great job. However, the lady in charge of payments was very obtuse when I signalled the service I booked via Treatwell had a different price. I never argued not to pay what she was asking, but she gave no opportunity for me to explain what the problem (their problem) was in the website. She was extremely blunt and blaze. I would recommend paying beforehand to avoid getting told off with bad manners, or avoid the place.

Had my first haircut here and was a 10/10 service thanks to Andrew! Provided me with the look I came in wanting and was such a lovely
person!
Will definitely come again :)
