Terrible. My daughter went for highlights. Place was very busy, lots of very young Apprentice types wandering around. Not very smiley or friendly. Daughters hair was a disaster. Sent photos, got reply that it needed sorting. She was given an appointment and was kept waiting for an hour. Place closes at 6pm so my daughter, who has Autism, was getting very anxious at 5pm and still hadn't been seen. Usually hair colours can take up to three hours - if its done properly. Her car par ticket was up at 5 so she had to go and move the car. Couldn't find another space anywhere so didn't go back. Her boyfriend had to go and pick up her jacket and try to get a refund. Refund given but no apology, just excuses. Not good at all

10/10 for Luke Alexander at Laura Leigh. He completely understood my colouring request and was able to create my dream look with so much glam and gloss. I wanted to update my long brown hair with a fresh glowing toffee/caramel balayage. He clearly explained the process and what colours and style he knew would work best for my hair and lifestyle. I wore a facemark and was offered drinks throughout. The assistants were really capable with hair rinsing, toning and massaging. I left the salon feeling like a new woman and full of confidence. So many thanks to Luke, Laura, Meg and all the team for keeping so many customers happy during the COVID times.

First time my wife has used the salon. Very helpful, friendly service however prices quoted were very different from the bill. Extra treatments were applied but not quoted or advised of costs which added significantly to cost. No doubt a good service but ended up being double that budgeted. Be clear on what you ask for and what the salon is doing.

I am blown away by the incredible service I received at laura laugh hairdresser. My hair colour wasn’t as bright as I had hoped for on the top section of my hair, I emailed Laura Leigh on the Wednesday and they telephoned me back straight away, I was booked in for a colour consultation on the Thursday and on the Friday I had an appointment with Nadine where she coloured the top section of my hair, toned and gave me a treatment for no extra charge, Nadine went above and beyond and my hair looks incredible. I would highly recommend.

We were visiting from America for a wedding in Cheltenham and looked online for a salon for blowouts the day of. What a gem I found deep in the English countryside. I booked all 3 appts online and they replied immediately when I emailed in a question. When we arrived we were greeted by Laura and immediately made to feel comfortable. We started our service in the most comfortable sinks I have ever sat in and had the most amazing head massage. Luke and Saffi did our blowouts and they all came out great. Saffi's title as the blow out queen, is well earned. My blowout lasted 3 entire days!!! I wish I paid attention to the products she used, my blowouts never last more than one day. Trying to find an excuse to go back to Cheltenham to go back again. You will not be disappointed!

Cannot recommend Natalie enough, should you have naturally curly hair. Excellent hairdresser and has given me great advice in how to look after my curls.
Everyone is super friendly.

I have been coming here for 7 years now. Luke always gives me an amazing hairstyle/colour and is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet!

The haircut was awful. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the hairdresser cut it much much shorter and at the back of my head the hair cut is full of mistakes. My fringe at the front is also full of mistakes and uneven. I will never come back to this salon ever again. I also fell extremely ripped off by having payed £48 to have my hair destroyed. I have uploaded a picture of what I asked her to cut like and one of what she actually did to my hair.
